What it does
Every swap pays the same fixed hook fee on top of the pool fee, and the fee is split between an operator, dividend holders, and a buyback-and-burn of the project token, while LPs can withdraw freely.
How it works step by step
- Takes a fixed hook fee on swaps, likely in ETH, using the swap's return-delta permissions.
- Splits collected fees between an operator, a dividend vault, and a buyback reserve, using hard-coded share constants.
- Uses the buyback reserve to buy back the project token in chunks and send it to a burn address. It tracks totals for tokens burned and ETH spent.
- Anyone can call public functions that forward accrued dividends to the vault or pay the operator.
- Has no liquidity callbacks, so LPs add and remove liquidity normally.
- Swap behaviour
- On each swap the hook takes a fixed fee (HOOK_FEE_BPS) from the swap amount and records it for the operator, dividend, and buyback buckets. The exact percentage is a constant that cannot be read from bytecode alone.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- A fixed hook fee set by the HOOK_FEE_BPS constant applies on top of the pool fee. It is split by fixed shares among the operator, a dividend vault, and a token buyback-and-burn reserve. The exact percentages are not readable from the decoded bytecode.
- Owner & admin controls
- No admin setter functions were found. The operator, vault, token and fee shares appear to be fixed, and the operator only receives accrued payouts.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize checks or limits which pools can be created; beforeSwap and afterSwap calculate and record the fee; beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta take the fee out of swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: No owner setters are visible. A fixed operator address receives its fee share, and parameters look immutable but are unverified.
Risk to user funds: The hook can take a constant fee from each swap; the exact percentage is unknown from bytecode. LP principal cannot be locked or drained.
Security findings
- [low] Swap fee taken via return deltas: The hook deducts a constant fee from swaps. It appears fixed, but the exact rate is unverified because the source is not published.
- [info] Fee-funded buyback function: An unlabeled function uses the buyback reserve to swap for the project token and burn it. It spends only accrued hook fees, not LP funds.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block withdrawals.
