What it does
A Flaunch-style launchpad hook that charges every swap a capped dynamic fee, split between token creators, a bid wall, referrers and the protocol, while LPs can withdraw without any hook fee.
How it works step by step
- Launches new memecoin tokens (Flaunch-style) and creates their Uniswap v4 pools paired with a paired token such as ETH or flETH.
- Charges a dynamic swap fee, set by an external fee calculator, and splits it between the token creator, a bid wall, referrers and the protocol.
- Runs an internal swap pool that can fill trades from accumulated fees before they reach the main pool.
- Feeds a bid wall (protocol-owned buy support liquidity) and records price observations for an oracle.
- Can guard swaps during the fair-launch window.
- Swap behaviour
- Before and after each swap the hook may fill part of the trade from its internal fee pool and takes a dynamic fee from the swap amounts using return deltas. The fee is set by an external fee calculator and capped by a MAX_SWAP_FEE constant whose exact value cannot be read from bytecode. Swaps may also be restricted during the initial fair-launch period.
- Liquidity behaviour
- After liquidity is added or removed, the hook runs bookkeeping such as checking bid wall positions. It has no liquidity return deltas, so it cannot take LP tokens, but because the after-remove callback is active it could in principle revert a withdrawal; no explicit withdrawal lock is visible in the decoded bytecode.
- Fee behaviour
- A dynamic swap fee is taken on swaps, with a hard-coded maximum whose exact percentage is not visible in bytecode. The fee is split between the creator, the bid wall, referrers and the protocol/treasury using configurable shares, where the protocol share is limited by a MAX_PROTOCOL_ALLOCATION constant.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can set the fee calculator, the default and per-pool fee distribution, the referral escrow, the flaunch contract and the initial price module. Governance can set the protocol fee share within the MAX_PROTOCOL_ALLOCATION cap, but the exact caps are not decodable from bytecode.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, afterAddLiquidity, afterRemoveLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, afterDonate, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: only allows pools created through the flaunch flow; afterAddLiquidity/afterRemoveLiquidity: position and bid wall bookkeeping; beforeSwap: internal swap fill, fee determination and launch guard; afterSwap: fee capture, distribution and oracle observation; afterDonate: fee handling on donations; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: adjust swap amounts to take fees and fill internal swaps.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: A single owner (with ownership handover support) and a governance address control the fee calculator, fee splits, and the connected launch, referral and price modules. They cannot directly withdraw LP principal, as far as the bytecode shows.
Risk to user funds: The hook can deduct a dynamic swap fee from trades, up to an unverified maximum, and it holds accrued fees and internal-pool balances. LP principal cannot be taken via liquidity deltas, and no withdrawal lock was identified.
Security findings
- [medium] Swappable fee calculator: The owner can replace the external fee calculator that sets swap fees. A MAX_SWAP_FEE constant appears to bound the fee, but its value is unverified.
- [info] Swap return deltas active: The hook takes fees and fills internal swaps by adjusting swap amounts. This is standard for launchpad fee collection.
- [low] Remove-liquidity callback enabled: The after-remove hook runs on withdrawals but cannot take LP tokens. No pause logic is visible in the decoded bytecode.
