What it does

Launchpad fee hook that charges every buy and sell an ETH fee of up to 4% based on market-cap tiers (or a 1.25%-2.00% decaying custom fee), splitting it between the protocol and token creator while leaving LP withdrawals unrestricted.

How it works step by step

  • Charges an ETH-denominated fee on every buy and sell in ETH/token launchpad pools (ETH must be currency0).
  • Fee rate depends on the token's market cap via an owner-set tier table, capped at 4% per tier.
  • Optional per-token custom fee of 1.25% to 2.00% that decays 15% per 75 ETH of market cap, for up to 3 reductions.
  • Splits each fee between a fixed protocol wallet and the token creator (creator gets at least 10%), with optional multi-recipient creator splits.
  • Fees accrue as ETH balances that each recipient withdraws with an always-available claim function.
Swap behaviour
When ETH is the specified side of the swap, the hook takes the fee from the ETH amount before the swap; otherwise it takes the fee from the ETH output or input after the swap. The fee is 0% to 4% depending on market cap tier, or 1.25% to 2.00% (decaying to about 1.22%) if a custom fee is active.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
Fee behaviour
Each swap pays a hook fee in ETH of up to 4% (tier schedule) or 1.25% to 2.00% base for custom-fee tokens, decaying by 15% per 75 ETH of market cap down to about 1.22%. Fees go to the protocol wallet and creator recipients, with the creator share always at least 10%; pools without a registered creator send 100% to the protocol.
Owner & admin controls
The owner can replace the market-cap fee tiers (each capped at 4%), change the protocol/creator split (creator minimum 10%), toggle and override per-token custom fees (1.25% to 2.00%), and redirect future creator fee recipients for any token. The owner cannot change the protocol wallet, touch accrued balances, or block claims.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeSwap: takes the fee when ETH is the specified amount; afterSwap: takes the fee when the token is the specified amount; beforeSwapReturnDelta: charges the fee against the swap's ETH input/output; afterSwapReturnDelta: charges the fee against the unspecified ETH side.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).

Who controls it: A single owner (two-step transfer) can tune fee tiers up to 4%, the split (creator at least 10%), custom fees, and creator recipients. The worst case is traders paying up to 4% per swap or creators losing future fee routing.

Risk to user funds: The hook takes 0% to 4% of each swap's ETH side as a fee and holds it for claim by recipients. It cannot touch LP principal and LPs can always withdraw.

Security findings

  • [info] Swap fee hard-capped at 4%: Tier fees are limited to 4% and custom fees to 1.25%-2.00% by immutable constants, so the owner cannot set confiscatory fees.
  • [low] Admin can redirect creator fee stream: The owner can reassign who receives future creator fees for any token at any time, though already accrued balances are untouched.
  • [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook cannot block or charge LP withdrawals.
