Charges a fixed, fully disclosed 1% fee on swaps of a launched token against a registered stock-paired quote token, splitting it between a creator reward vault (0.9%) and a launcher recipient (0.1%) while the pool itself uses a zero static LP fee.

How it works step by step

  • Lets the token creator register a pool keyed to a reviewed stock quote asset and a reward vault that must be produced by the hook's own factory.
  • Charges a flat 100 bps total swap fee in the quote token, of which 90 bps accrues to the creator and 10 bps to the launcher fee recipient.
  • Takes the fee by returning a positive hook delta (beforeSwap or afterSwap) and transferring the quote token into the hook's PoolManager accounting.
  • Tracks accrued creator fees per pool and accrued launcher fees per quote asset, and lets the reward vault or the launcher recipient pull them out through a PoolManager unlock callback.
  • Distributes creator fees across up to eight beneficiaries in an immutable split inside a Create2-deployed fee-split vault that verifies exact token receipt before paying out.
Swap behaviour
On swaps where the quote token is the specified amount, the hook checks that the actual pool delta matches the expected fee-adjusted amount and reverts with PartialFillUnsupported otherwise. On swaps where the quote token is the unspecified side, afterSwap charges the fee on the resulting quote delta. The fee is recorded via HookFee, HookSwap and QuoteSwapFeesAccrued events. The hook also returns a beforeSwap delta on specified-quote swaps to take the fee.

Fee behaviour
The pool's LP fee is fixed at 0 pips and tick spacing at 200. The hook charges a fixed 100 bps total fee in the quote token (90 bps creator, 10 bps launcher), computed by the pure helpers _feesForGross and _feesForNet. Fees are deducted via hook return deltas and are not added on top of the user's amount. TRANSFER_TAX_BPS is declared as 0.
Owner & admin controls
No owner, pause, upgrade or parameter-change functions were found. The launcher fee recipient is an immutable constructor argument and can call claimLauncherFees and claimLauncherFeesTo to withdraw accrued launcher fees and redirect them to any address. The quote registry and fee-split vault factory are immutable.

Who controls it: No owner or pause exists. The only privileged actor is the immutable launcherFeeRecipient, which can withdraw and redirect accrued launcher fees. Creators control their own reward vault beneficiaries and payout addresses, not the hook.

Risk to user funds: The hook holds accrued creator and launcher fee balances in the PoolManager and moves quote tokens on every registered swap to take the fee. It cannot freely move LP principal, and the registry does not freeze existing pools, so token issuer controls still apply to the quote asset.
