What it does

This token-launch hook keeps the pool closed until the owner opens trading, then charges every buy and sell a tax sent to a tax wallet, with a higher tax during the early launch window and lower rates afterward, while LPs can always withdraw freely.

How it works step by step

  • Runs a single token launch pool and blocks swaps until the owner turns trading on.
  • Charges a buy tax and a sell tax on swaps, sent to a tax wallet.
  • Uses a higher launch-period tax for a fixed time after trading opens, then switches to the regular buy and sell tax.
  • Only one pool can be set up with this hook, and only by the deployer.
  • Does not touch liquidity adds or withdrawals.
Swap behaviour
Swaps fail until the owner enables trading. After that, each buy or sell has a tax taken from the swap amounts and sent to the tax wallet, with a higher launch tax during an initial window.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
Fee behaviour
Buys and sells pay a tax on top of the pool fee, paid to a tax wallet. The tax is higher during the launch window and lower afterward. The exact percentages are stored as constants and are not readable from the decoded bytecode. No setter for the tax rates was found, so the rates appear fixed.
Owner & admin controls
The owner can enable trading once and can renounce ownership. No functions were found to change tax rates or the tax wallet.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: lets only the deployer set up the single pool; beforeSwap: blocks trading until enabled and takes tax from the input side; afterSwap: takes tax from the output side; swap return deltas: let the hook deduct the tax from swap amounts.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).

Who controls it: The owner can only decide when trading opens and can renounce ownership. No functions were found that change taxes, the tax wallet, or move LP funds.

Risk to user funds: The hook takes a buy or sell tax from each swap and sends it to the tax wallet. The exact percentages are unverified constants. LP principal cannot be locked or drained by the hook.

Security findings

  • [low] Trading gate before launch: Swaps revert until the owner calls enableTrading. Once enabled, no function was found to turn trading off again.
  • [medium] Swap tax with unverified rates: The hook takes buy and sell taxes through swap return deltas, including a higher launch tax for a set period. The source is not verified, so the exact tax percentages cannot be confirmed.
  • [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block or tax LP withdrawals.
