What it does
A token launchpad hook that creates pools for new tokens and charges a swap fee that is highest for early snipers and decays over time, sharing fees between the token's recipient and the platform.
How it works step by step
- Lets anyone launch a new token (fixed total supply) paired in a Uniswap v4 pool created and seeded by this hook, for a launch fee.
- Charges a swap fee on trades in launched pools, which starts high right after launch (anti-sniper) and decays over a set duration down to a normal level.
- Splits collected fees between the token's fee recipient and a platform wallet, and credits them for later claiming.
- Token fee recipients can change their payout address and claim accrued fees.
- Swap behaviour
- Each swap in a launched pool passes through the hook, which takes a fee from the swap amounts via return deltas; early trades right after launch pay a higher snipe-protection fee that decays over time. Exact starting fee, cap and duration are stored as constants but cannot be read from bytecode alone.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks are enabled; the hook seeds initial liquidity at launch through the position manager, and remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled so the hook cannot block withdrawals.
- Fee behaviour
- A dynamic swap fee is charged that starts at a higher anti-snipe level and decays toward a base fee, bounded by a hard-coded maximum whose exact value is unknown from bytecode; fees are split between the token's fee recipient and the platform wallet by a platform share, accrued as pending fees and claimable.
- Owner & admin controls
- A token's current fee recipient can reassign its recipient address; no owner function to change fees or pause swaps is visible, with platform wallet, share and fee caps appearing to be fixed constants.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: restricts pool creation to hook-launched tokens; beforeSwap: computes the current fee and can take it from input; afterSwap: takes fees from output and records pending fees; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: lets the hook deduct the fee from swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: No general owner controls are visible; token fee recipients can only redirect their own fee payouts, and the platform wallet receives its share automatically.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes a fee from swaps in launched pools, capped by an unverified constant maximum; accrued fees sit in the hook until claimed. LP principal cannot be locked by the hook.
Security findings
- [low] Unverified fee-taking via return deltas: The hook deducts swap fees through return deltas; a MAX_FEE_BPS constant exists but its value and the anti-snipe starting fee cannot be confirmed without source.
- [info] Anti-snipe decaying fee: Trades soon after launch pay a higher fee that decays over SNIPE_DURATION, so early buyers pay more.
- [info] LP withdrawals not gated: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook cannot block or charge withdrawals.
