What it does
A launchpad-style hook that takes a fixed fee from every swap's output and sends it to a treasury, buyback, burn, or LP donation as chosen by a council, while LPs remain free to withdraw.
How it works step by step
- Takes a fee from each swap's output after the trade and splits it between a dev/treasury share and a 'lever' share.
- An admin-appointed council picks an 'active lever' that decides how the lever share is used (for example buyback, burn, or donating back to LPs).
- Some fees are credited as pending ETH to recipients, who claim them later with a claim function.
- Only a designated launcher can initialize pools with this hook.
- Swap behaviour
- After each swap the hook takes a fee cut from the swap output and routes it to treasury, buyback, burn, or a donation to the pool's LPs, depending on the active lever. The exact fee rates (dev fee and lever fee constants) are not readable from bytecode alone.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely. LPs may receive extra fees when the lever routes fees into pool donations.
- Fee behaviour
- A fixed dev fee and a fixed lever fee, both set as hard-coded basis-point constants, are taken from swap output; exact percentages are unknown from bytecode. Proceeds go to the treasury, a buyback address, token burns, or LP donations.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can change the treasury, buyback and council addresses and transfer ownership; the council can switch the active lever. Fee rates appear to be constants, so no admin fee-raise function was found.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, afterSwap, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize restricts pool creation to the launcher; afterSwap computes and routes the fee; afterSwapReturnDelta lets the hook take its fee from the swap output.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: An owner controls fee recipient addresses and the council, and the council picks the fee-routing lever. They cannot appear to change fee rates or touch LP principal.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes a fixed fee share from swap outputs (exact percent unverified) and holds claimable ETH for recipients. LP principal cannot be locked or drained.
Security findings
- [low] Swap fee taken via return delta: The hook deducts a fee from swap output using constant fee rates whose exact values cannot be confirmed from unverified bytecode.
- [info] Admin-controlled fee destinations: The owner can redirect treasury and buyback addresses, and a council chooses how lever fees are used; this changes recipients, not fee size.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook cannot block or charge LP withdrawals.
