What it does
ACRE token hook for a 1% ETH/ACRE pool that only counts trades during swaps, so all traders pay the same fee, with no hook surcharge or discount, and routes the protocol's fees to the treasury and player rewards. Its game contract can move or burn ACRE from any address, including the pool.
How it works step by step
- Acts as the ACRE ERC-20 token and the hook for its own ETH/ACRE pool, which uses a fixed 1% fee.
- After each swap it only counts the trade and records the block number. It does not change prices, amounts or fees.
- The project's own seeded liquidity position collects fees. Anyone can trigger a harvest: the ETH share goes to the treasury, and the ACRE share refills a reward reserve.
- The reward reserve pays out about 20% per day to farm-game players, based on points the game contract registers. Players must reach level 10 in the game to claim.
- Manages 'Acre Deed' NFTs for the game, minted by the game contract.
- Swap behaviour
- Swaps go through normally at the pool's static 1% fee. The hook only increments a trade counter and records the block, with no fee, limit or restriction.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely. The project's seeded position is owned by the hook, and the code only ever collects fees from it, never removes it.
- Fee behaviour
- Uses the pool's static 1% fee, paid to LPs as normal. For the hook's own position, collected ETH fees go to the treasury and collected ACRE fees go to the player reward reserve.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can seed the pool once, change the treasury address, and set the game contract once (it cannot be changed afterwards). The game contract can move or burn ACRE from any address without approval, register reward points, and mint deed NFTs.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
afterSwap
afterSwap: counts trades and records the last trade block, with no effect on amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: high (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The owner controls the treasury address and the one-time choice of game contract. That game contract can transfer or burn ACRE held by any holder, including the pool's reserves.
Risk to user funds: Swaps carry no hook fee beyond the 1% pool fee, and LP withdrawals are never blocked by the hook. However, any ACRE balance, including ACRE held in the pool, can be moved or burned by the game contract with no cap.
Security findings
- [high] Game contract can move anyone's ACRE: Two game-only functions let the game contract send ACRE from any address to the treasury, or send half to the treasury and burn half, with no approval needed. Any address includes the Uniswap PoolManager, which holds the pool's ACRE reserves.
- [medium] Game address is chosen once by the owner: The owner sets the game contract a single time and it is then fixed. Its code, which is not included here, decides whether the transfer and burn powers above are ever abused.
- [info] Swap hook is harmless: afterSwap returns no delta and only updates counters. The remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block LP withdrawals.
