What it does
An immutable hook on the ETH/BMC pool that charges buyers an extra fee (stated 1%) sent to a community wallet and burns a share (stated 1%) of BMC on every sell, while LPs remain free to add and withdraw.
How it works step by step
- Takes an extra fee on buys (ETH in, BMC out) as ETH and sends it to a fixed community wallet.
- Takes a share of BMC on sells (BMC in, ETH out) and burns it, permanently reducing BMC supply.
- Only works with one pool: native ETH paired with the BMC token, and can attach to it only once.
- If the ETH fee cannot be delivered right away, it is held as a claim that anyone can push to the wallet later via a public collect function.
- Has no owner, no pause and no adjustable settings; rates and recipient are fixed at deployment (the launch states 1% each, capped at 50% by code).
- Swap behaviour
- Every buy pays an extra fee (stated as 1%) on the ETH side, sent to the community wallet, and every sell has the same share (stated as 1%) of the BMC sold taken and burned. Exact-input swaps must fill completely or revert, so the hook fee never exceeds the agreed share.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- Buys pay an extra buy fee on the total ETH input that goes to a fixed community wallet, and sells have a burn share of the BMC input destroyed. The launch states both are 1%; the code caps each at 50% and they can never change after deployment. This is on top of the pool's normal LP fee.
- Owner & admin controls
- No admin controls found. Fee rates, burn rate and fee recipient are immutable constructor values.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: locks the hook to a single ETH/BMC pool; beforeSwap: charges the fee on exact-input swaps; afterSwap: charges the fee on exact-output swaps and enforces full fills; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook take the fee amount out of the swap.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: There is no owner or admin key; the fee recipient and rates are permanent. Nobody can pause trading or change fees.
Risk to user funds: The hook only takes the fixed buy fee in ETH and the fixed sell burn in BMC from each swap (stated 1%, code max 50%). It cannot touch LP principal, and LPs can withdraw freely.
Security findings
- [info] Immutable fixed fees: Buy fee and sell burn rates are set once at deployment (stated 1% each, hard cap 50%) and nobody can change them.
- [info] Unrestricted LP withdrawals: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook cannot block or charge LP withdrawals.
- [low] Rates not readable from source alone: Actual rates are constructor arguments; the stated launch value is 1%, but traders should confirm buyFeeBps and sellBurnBps on-chain since the code allows up to 50%.
