What it does

A launchpad fee hook that takes an owner-set fee from every swap's output and splits it among creator, protocol and buyback vault, while LPs remain free to withdraw.

How it works step by step

  • Registers launched token pools and checks that new pools are initialized only through the registered setup.
  • After each swap, takes a hook fee from the swap output and splits it among the token creator, the protocol, and an optional buyback/burn vault.
  • Accrues fees per pool for later sweeping by a fee-sweep operator or owner; fees can be swapped internally, subject to a price impact limit.
  • Upgradeable (UUPS) proxy controlled by an owner who sets fee rates, recipients and vaults.
Swap behaviour
After every swap the hook deducts a fee from the swap amount via a return delta and records it as pending creator, protocol and buyback balances. The exact fee size and cap cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks are enabled, so LPs can add and withdraw freely; the hook can never block or charge withdrawals, even after an upgrade.
Fee behaviour
A hook fee set in basis points by the owner is taken from swaps and split between the creator, a protocol fee recipient (protocol share configurable) and a buyback/burn vault; maximum caps are not verifiable from bytecode.
Owner & admin controls
The owner can change the hook fee, protocol share, buyback burn rate, max internal price impact, fee recipients, vault, factory and sweep operator, rescue pool fees, and upgrade the implementation. Caps on these values are unknown from bytecode.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, afterSwap, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: restricts pool creation to registered launches; afterSwap: computes and accrues the swap fee; afterSwapReturnDelta: deducts that fee from the trade.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: high, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).

Who controls it: Not stated.

Risk to user funds: Not stated.

Security findings

  • [high] Upgradeable proxy with swap return delta: The owner can upgrade the implementation, and since afterSwapReturnDelta is enabled a new implementation could take larger portions of swap output.
  • [medium] Owner-set fee with unverified cap: The hook fee is owner adjustable and its maximum cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
  • [low] Fee rescue function: The owner can rescue accrued pool fees, which affects creator and buyback fee balances, not LP principal.
  • [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled in the address, so LPs can always withdraw.
