What it does

A launchpad hook that charges every buy and sell the same fixed fee set at launch (1% on Beam pools, up to 5% on Prism pools), splitting it 30% to the platform and the rest between the creator and holders, with liquidity added only by the locker.

This read was written for the hook 0x93ed…e8cc on Arbitrum and reused here: the two share a code shape, so constants such as fees, owners and addresses can differ.

How it works step by step

  • Runs launchpad token pools (Lumen Beam and Prism modes) where the hook charges a flat trading fee fixed at launch.
  • Beam pools charge exactly 1% and give the whole non-platform share to the creator; Prism pools let the creator choose a fee between 0.01% and 5%.
  • Each fee is split: 30% to the platform treasury, and the remaining 70% between the creator and token holders according to a ratio fixed at launch.
  • Only the launch locker can add liquidity, and only the factory can create pools on this hook.
  • Fees are collected in the paired asset and held in the hook until recipients claim them or the distributor pulls the holder share.
Swap behaviour
Every buy and sell pays the same flat fee, taken in the paired asset: from the input on buys and from the output on sells. Exact-output sells are rejected, and on exact-input buys the fee is charged on the full amount offered even if the swap only partly fills.
Liquidity behaviour
Only the designated locker contract can add liquidity, and all other adds revert. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook never runs on withdrawals and cannot block them.
Fee behaviour
The fee is fixed per pool at launch: 1% for Beam pools, or 0.01% to 5% for Prism pools. It can never be changed afterward. 30% goes to the treasury, and the remaining 70% is split between the creator and holders by a fixed ratio, all paid out through pull-based claims.
Owner & admin controls
The admin can only redirect a pool's future creator fees to a new address, and can rotate or renounce its own role. The treasury can rotate its own address; nobody can change fee rates, splits, or accrued balances.

beforeInitialize: only the factory can initialize registered pools; beforeAddLiquidity: restricts adding liquidity to the locker; beforeSwap: takes the fee on exact-input buys; afterSwap: takes the fee on sells and exact-output buys and emits a swap event; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: lets the hook deduct the fee from swap amounts.

Who controls it: The admin key can only redirect future creator fees, and the treasury key can only change its own address. Neither can alter fees, touch accrued balances, or move liquidity.
