What it does
An immutable aggregator hook that routes exact-input swaps from one trusted router into WOOFi's oracle-priced pool on Arbitrum with no extra hook fee, so all permitted trades pay only WooFi's pricing, and it blocks v4 liquidity deposits.
This read was written for the hook 0x97dd…6888 on Arbitrum and reused here: the two share a code shape, so constants such as fees, owners and addresses can differ.
How it works step by step
- Routes Uniswap v4 swaps into WOOFi's WooPPV2 oracle-priced market maker on Arbitrum instead of using v4 pool liquidity.
- Only one immutable trusted router contract may swap through the hook; all other callers are rejected.
- Supports exact-input swaps of ERC-20 tokens only; exact-output and native ETH are rejected.
- Blocks anyone from adding liquidity, since all liquidity comes from WooFi.
- Charges no extra fee: the fee is fixed at 0% at deployment and cannot be changed.
- Swap behaviour
- Each exact-input swap from the trusted router sends the input tokens to WooPPV2, receives the output into the PoolManager, and returns that amount to the swapper at WooFi's oracle price. Swaps from any other sender, exact-output swaps, and native ETH swaps revert.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Adding liquidity always reverts because the pool uses WooFi's external liquidity. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook never runs on withdrawals and cannot block them.
- Fee behaviour
- No hook fee: the fee is hard-set to 0% at deployment (the code would cap it at 1% anyway) and is immutable. Pricing and any spread come from WooFi's own pool.
- Owner & admin controls
- No admin controls found. The router, WooFi pool, vault and zero fee are all fixed at deployment, and anyone can sweep stray hook balances only to the fixed vault while the PoolManager is locked.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: only accepts canonical ERC-20 pairs (fee 0, tick spacing 1) that WooFi supports; beforeAddLiquidity: rejects all liquidity additions; beforeSwap: checks the router and executes the trade on WooFi; beforeSwapReturnDelta: replaces the v4 pool math with WooFi's actual output.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low, estimated (decoded bytecode, high confidence).
Who controls it: No owner or upgrade keys exist; all settings are immutable. The deployer chose the trusted router, which controls who can access the hook.
Risk to user funds: The hook only handles a swapper's input and output within a single atomic swap, with a 0% hook fee. There are no LP positions in these pools, so no LP principal can be locked or drained.
Security findings
- [info] Router-gated access: Only the immutable trusted router can swap, so direct swaps or other routers cannot use these pools. This is a usage restriction, not a fund risk.
- [info] Fixed zero fee: The hook fee is 0% and immutable, with a hard code cap of 1% that does not apply here.
- [info] Depends on WooFi pricing: Output equals what WooPPV2 delivers at its oracle price; the hook checks the measured output and reverts on zero output or mismatches, but the router must enforce slippage limits.
