What it does
A token launchpad hook that owns all pool liquidity and taxes every swap's quote side, with early buyers in the first 60 seconds paying up to 90% and everyone afterward paying a fixed 2.5%, split among a rising price floor, the creator and the protocol.
How it works step by step
- Launches tokens into pools the hook creates and owns, placing the entire token supply as a staircase of one-sided liquidity positions; no outside LPs or donations are allowed.
- Charges a tax on the quote side (ETH or $FOBO) of every swap: 90% at launch, falling linearly to 2.5% over the first 60 seconds, then a flat 2.5% forever.
- After launch, the 2.5% tax is split 60% to a price floor, 24% to the token creator (claimable later) and 16% to the protocol team and partners.
- During the 60-second snipe window, 60% of the tax funds the floor (vesting over 10 minutes) and 40% goes to a buy-and-burn of $FOBO.
- Once per block, before the first swap, the hook raises a quote-backed floor wall that can buy back every circulating token, or buys back and burns tokens with floor money it cannot place.
- Swap behaviour
- Every swap pays a tax on the quote leg, taken from input or output via return deltas: 90% at the first second after launch, falling linearly to 2.5% at 60 seconds, then 2.5%. Partial fills revert, and the block's first swap also triggers the floor raise or buyback, which needs extra gas but cannot block the swap if it fails.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Only the hook itself can add liquidity; third-party add-liquidity and donations are refused. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, but the hook owns all positions, so there are no outside LPs to withdraw.
- Fee behaviour
- Pool LP fee is 0%; a hard-coded tax of 90% decaying to 2.5% over 60 seconds after launch, then 2.5% (1.5% floor, 0.6% creator, 0.4% protocol team and partners via a revenue contract). In the snipe window the split is 60% floor and 40% $FOBO buy-and-burn, with nothing to the creator.
- Owner & admin controls
- No owner can change tax rates or splits; they are constants. Only the factory can create pools and end the launch discount, and a creator can only change their own payout address and claim their accrued fees.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeDonate, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: refuses pools not created by the hook; beforeAddLiquidity: refuses outside liquidity; beforeDonate: refuses donations; beforeSwap: runs the per-block floor raise and takes tax when quote is the specified amount; afterSwap: takes tax when quote is the unspecified amount and checks full fills; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: deduct the tax from swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: No owner keys; the factory only creates pools and the launch discount, and creators only control their own fee payout address. Neither can alter taxes or move pool liquidity.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes 2.5% of the quote side of each swap, up to 90% during the first 60 seconds after launch. There are no external LPs; the hook-owned liquidity cannot be withdrawn by any admin.
Security findings
- [low] Very high launch tax: Swaps in the first 60 seconds after launch pay up to 90% tax, falling linearly to 2.5%. This is a fixed anti-sniping schedule, not admin-adjustable.
- [info] Fixed rates, no admin: Tax rates and splits are hard-coded constants and the contract is not a proxy, so fees cannot be raised later.
- [info] Hook-owned liquidity: All pool liquidity belongs to the hook and backs a price floor that only moves up; no third-party LP funds are involved.
