What it does
A launch hook for meme tokens after graduation that locks the initial liquidity permanently and charges a 1% fee on every swap of the desk token, splitting it between the creator and the platform.
How it works step by step
- Locks the seeded liquidity in an immutable PremiumLiquidityLocker that has no withdrawal path beyond fee collection.
- Blocks all external liquidity adds and removes, allowing only the locker to add liquidity and zero-delta fee collection.
- Charges a 1% fee in the desk token on each exact-input swap via beforeSwap and afterSwap return deltas.
- Credits 70% of each fee to the pool creator and 30% to the platform treasury in FeeEscrow for later claiming.
- Lets the manager pause a pool, which reverts all swaps in it.
- Rejects exact-output swaps and partial fills of the specified currency.
- Swap behaviour
- Only exact-input swaps are allowed; each swap touching the desk token is charged a 1% fee taken as a hook return delta, minted to FeeEscrow and credited 70% to the creator and 30% to the platform treasury. Swaps revert when the pool is paused and partial fills of the specified side are rejected.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Liquidity is not open to users: beforeAddLiquidity only allows the liquidity locker contract, and beforeRemoveLiquidity reverts unless liquidityDelta is zero (fee collection only). Initial seed liquidity is deposited once by the hook via the locker and is permanently locked; LP fees are collected only to the recorded treasury (or a treasury-chosen recipient).
- Fee behaviour
- Each swap on the desk (graduated meme) side charges a fixed 1% fee (FEE_BPS=100) taken as a hook return delta and minted to FeeEscrow; fees are split 70% to the pool creator and 30% to the platform treasury via credits in FeeEscrow, claimable later. Pool static fee is not the source of this fee.
- Owner & admin controls
- The hook itself has no owner and no pause-by-owner beyond the manager: the manager (set once at initialize, cross-checked against deployer wiring) can call registerPool and setPoolPaused per pool, and a paused pool reverts all swaps. The hook is not upgradeable. Separately, FeeEscrow is a UUPS upgradeable contract with an Ownable2Step owner who can upgrade it immediately and change fee-claim logic; the liquidity locker has no owner or upgrade path.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeRemoveLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize restricts pool initialization to the manager; beforeAddLiquidity and beforeRemoveLiquidity lock all liquidity to the locker (removal only for fee collection); beforeSwap reverts on paused pools and exact-output swaps, and takes a 1% desk-token fee via return delta; afterSwap settles fees (credits creator and treasury) and enforces full specified fills; beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta allow the hook to take fee amounts from swaps.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The manager key can register pools with arbitrary creator and treasury addresses and pause any registered pool, freezing trading. FeeEscrow's owner can upgrade the escrow implementation immediately, which could redirect or drain accrued fee balances held in escrow. Fee rate and split are constants, not admin-changeable.
Risk to user funds: The hook itself does not custody user principal, but it mints and takes fee amounts on each swap and the escrow holds accrued fee claims that an upgradeable owner could affect. Users cannot add or remove liquidity in these pools, and a manager pause blocks swaps. Locked seed liquidity is not withdrawable by anyone.
Security findings
- [medium] Upgradeable fee escrow with immediate owner upgrades: FeeEscrow is a UUPS proxy and _authorizeUpgrade is gated only by onlyOwner with no timelock; an owner key compromise or malicious upgrade could alter how owed fee balances are paid out.
- [medium] Manager can freeze trading in pools: The manager can pause any pool via setPoolPaused, which causes beforeSwap to revert with PoolPaused, blocking all trading in that pool.
- [info] Mandatory 1% desk-token swap fee: Hook takes a 1% fee on every desk-side swap via beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta, so traders pay a non-standard fee beyond the pool fee and cannot choose exact-output swaps.
- [info] Liquidity permanently locked: Seed liquidity and LP positions are held by an immutable locker with no owner or withdrawal path beyond fee collection, so pool depth is permanent.
- [low] Payout addresses fixed at registration: Creator and treasury addresses are set by the manager at registration and cannot be changed afterwards; the treasury alone can redirect its LP fee collection.
