What it does
Charges a fixed ETH-denominated fee (up to 5%) on every trade of a Vladdy launch pool and splits it instantly among a platform wallet, buyback reserve, and recipients, or routes it into a stock reward reserve.
How it works step by step
- Takes a fixed fee (feeBps, max 5%) in native ETH on every buy and sell, with the rate set at launch and immutable
- Splits each fee instantly: platform cut first, then buyback or stock reserve, then recipients by bps, with the last recipient taking the remainder
- Pushes ETH to recipients with a 60k gas cap; failed pushes are credited to owed and claimable via claimOwed
- Lets the agent spend the buyback reserve to buy and burn the token through the same pool (buybackAndBurn)
- In stock mode, accumulates the non-platform share and buys a configured stock token on its v4 pool, then deposits it into a distributor (buyStockAndDistribute), or uses a trusted off-venue fallback (releaseStockReserve and depositStock)
- Supports a one-shot factory-triggered dev buy (devBuy) that is fee-exempt
- Swap behaviour
- Buys with exact ETH input are charged the fee from the ETH input in beforeSwap; buys with exact TOKEN output and sells with exact TOKEN input are charged the fee from the ETH side in afterSwap. Exact-output sells revert. Internal swaps from the hook itself are fee-exempt.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks. Liquidity add/remove hooks are unused and revert with HookNotUsed.
- Fee behaviour
- Hook takes a fixed fee (feeBps, at most 5%, set at launch and immutable) always in native ETH: on buys (exact ETH input) it is taken in beforeSwap from the input; on sells (exact TOKEN input) it is taken in afterSwap from the ETH output. Exact-output sells revert. The fee is split instantly per swap: platform cut, then buyback reserve or stock reserve, then recipients (last recipient receives remainder). Pool LP fee is 0. Failed ETH pushes (60k gas cap) become claimable via claimOwed.
- Owner & admin controls
- Owner can be set once; factory wired once via setFactory. Platform owner (read from factory.owner()) can call setStockRoute to point stock buys at a chosen v4 pool and reassignRecipient to redirect any existing recipient's payout address and kind (shares are immutable). Factory-only registerPool and devBuy. Agent per token can spend buyback and stock reserves (buybackAndBurn, buyStockAndDistribute, releaseStockReserve, depositStock). No pause or upgrade mechanism found; the hook is not a proxy.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeSwap: charges the ETH-side fee on exact-input buys, distributes it, and returns a delta to net the fee against the swap. afterSwap: charges the ETH-side fee on exact-output buys and exact-input sells, distributes it, and returns it as an unspecified-currency delta. beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta: allow the hook to take the fee amount out of the swap's currency flows.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The platform owner can redirect any recipient's payout address and kind via reassignRecipient, which can take over fee streams for a launch. The platform owner can also set the stock swap route, which determines where stock buy ETH is sent. Per-token agents control when buyback and stock reserves are spent, and the releaseStockReserve fallback sends reserve ETH to the agent with no on-chain check that it is spent as promised.
Risk to user funds: The hook holds ETH in buyback and stock reserves and in owed balances from failed pushes; it also transiently holds fee tokens within a swap. Pool funds flow through the hook's take and settle calls during swaps. The platform owner can redirect recipient shares, and the agent controls reserve spending, so fee ETH can be diverted from its stated use even though the hook never moves pool liquidity directly.
Security findings
- [high] Trusted agent fallback for stock rewards: releaseStockReserve transfers ETH from the reserve directly to the agent address. The agent is trusted to buy the stock and deposit it via depositStock. No on-chain enforcement exists, so the agent can keep the released ETH.
- [medium] Platform owner can redirect recipient payouts: reassignRecipient lets the platform owner change the payout address of any existing recipient at any time, redirecting that recipient's share of all future fees.
- [info] Immutable fee with hard cap: Fee rate is fixed at launch and capped at 5% by MAX_FEE_BPS. Buy and sell fees are taken in ETH, so recipients never receive token-denominated fees.
- [low] Swap path dependency and graceful recipient failure: The hook has no pause or upgrade path. Pool swaps depend on the hook's beforeSwap and afterSwap; a revert in the fee distribution or in a route can block trades on that pool. Pushes to recipients are gas-capped at 60k and fall back to a pull balance, so a failing recipient cannot block swaps.
