What it does
A launchpad hook that taxes every buy and sell 2% to 20% in ETH (fixed per pool) and pays 80% to earlier buyers, 10% to the creator and 10% to the house, so late and frequent traders pay early holders.
How it works step by step
- Runs ETH/coin pools launched only by its factory; only the factory can open pools and add liquidity (a single full-supply position).
- Charges a tax in ETH on every buy and sell, fixed per pool at launch between 2% and 20%.
- Splits each tax: 80% to existing buyers pro rata to coins they bought through the pool, 10% to the house ($PONZI stakers sink), 10% to the coin creator.
- Tracks buyers by tx.origin, giving each a place in line; selling reduces your share of future payouts.
- Holders, creator and house pull their accrued ETH via claim functions; nothing is pushed.
- Swap behaviour
- Every swap pays the pool's fixed ETH tax (2% to 20%), taken from the ETH side either before the swap (exact-input buys, exact-output sells) or after it. Buys add to the buyer's (tx.origin) share and sells reduce it; there are no pauses or trader gating.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Only the factory can add liquidity; others are rejected. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled so the hook cannot block withdrawals, though the factory's launch position is described as intended to be unremovable.
- Fee behaviour
- A per-pool tax of 2% to 20% of the ETH amount, set at launch and immutable afterwards; 80% goes to prior holders (to the creator if no holders yet), 10% to the house sink and 10% to the creator.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can only set the house sink address that receives the 10% house share, and transfer ownership in two steps. Tax rates cannot be changed after launch.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: only factory-registered pools can be created; beforeAddLiquidity: restricts adding liquidity to the factory; beforeSwap: takes the ETH tax when ETH is the specified amount; afterSwap: takes the tax otherwise and updates holder shares; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: deduct the tax from the swap.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The owner can only change where the 10% house share goes; the factory alone launches pools and sets each tax within 2% to 20%.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes 2% to 20% of the ETH side of each swap, held as PoolManager claims until claimed by holders, creator, or house. It cannot block liquidity withdrawals, and only the factory provides liquidity.
Security findings
- [low] Swap tax up to 20%: Each pool's tax is fixed at launch between 2% and 20% of the ETH traded, which exceeds 10% for some pools but cannot be changed later.
- [info] Owner controls house share destination: The owner can redirect the 10% house portion by changing the sink address; holder and creator shares are unaffected.
- [info] Payouts favor early buyers: By design, later buyers and sellers pay taxes distributed to earlier holders; shares are tracked per tx.origin, so only coins bought through this pool earn payouts.
