What it does

An immutable launchpad hook that charges each trade a market-specific fee between 0% and 10% (which may differ for buys versus sells, by time, volume, or trade size) with zero LP fee, sending fees to a fixed-split creator vault.

How it works step by step

  • Shared hook for token launch markets: each market's fee rules are written once by the factory at creation and can never be changed afterward.
  • Charges a programmable swap fee of 0% to 10% that can differ for buys and sells, step over time or cumulative volume, and switch by trade size tiers.
  • Sets the normal pool LP fee to zero, so the hook's fee is the only cost of a trade.
  • Sends collected fees as claims to a per-market vault that splits them among up to four fixed recipients (e.g. creator, treasury).
  • Only the factory can add liquidity (the locked launch position), and markets can set maximum buy or sell trade sizes.
Swap behaviour
Each swap pays one programmable fee (0% to 10%, set per market for buys and sells) taken either from the amount you specify or from the other side of the trade, and the pool's LP fee is forced to zero. Swaps larger than a market's configured per-side token ceiling revert.
Liquidity behaviour
Only the factory, acting through the official PositionManager, can add liquidity, so the launch position is the only position. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block or charge withdrawals.
Fee behaviour
Fees range from 0% to a hard cap of 10%, set per market and fixed at creation; they can change by time since launch (stages at least 5 minutes apart, up to 2 years) or cumulative quote volume, and size tiers can replace the stage rate. Fees are minted to the market's vault and split among up to four immutable recipients by fixed shares; LPs earn no pool fee.
Owner & admin controls
No owner, setter or upgrade path; the factory can only configure a new market once, with every fee capped at 10%. Vault recipients and shares are immutable after deployment.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, afterInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: only allows factory-created, preconfigured pools; afterInitialize: records launch time and sets LP fee to zero; beforeAddLiquidity: restricts liquidity adds to the factory; beforeSwap: enforces trade ceiling and takes the fee when it is in the specified currency; afterSwap: takes the fee otherwise, enforces ceiling, tracks volume; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: let the fee be deducted from the swap.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).

Who controls it: The factory is the only privileged party and can only write a market's rules once at creation; nobody can later change fees, recipients, or code.

Risk to user funds: Traders pay at most a 10% fee per swap, credited to the market's vault for its fixed recipients. The hook holds no funds and cannot lock or drain LP principal.

Security findings

  • [info] Fees hard-capped at 10%: Every stage and tier fee is validated at configuration to be at most 10%, and rules cannot be changed after creation.
  • [info] Liquidity adds restricted to factory: Only the factory can add liquidity, so third-party LPs cannot join; withdrawals are never touched by the hook.
  • [low] Optional trade size ceilings: A market may set maximum buy and sell sizes in tokens, fixed at creation; larger trades revert but smaller ones are unaffected.
