What it does

A Uniswap v4 hook for token launchpad pools that skims a configurable protocol fee from swaps and routes it to a protocol fee recipient, with a graduation manager hook for launch lifecycle.

How it works step by step

  • Registers each new pool in beforeInitialize and maps it to a launch record
  • Takes a protocol fee share from swap output in afterSwap via return delta
  • Accrues fees per pool and token in internal storage
  • Forwards protocol fees to the configured fee recipient or fee escrow
  • Lets the owner sweep accumulated pool fees and adjust fee share within a cap
  • Exposes pending fee and launch views for off-chain tracking
Swap behaviour
After each swap the hook calculates its protocol fee share on the swap output and takes it through an afterSwap return delta, crediting the amount to per-pool, per-token fee balances.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks are enabled in the permissions, so liquidity additions and removals are not hooked; the hook's before/after liquidity selectors are present in the dispatch table but are not among the enabled permissions.
Fee behaviour
Hook takes a protocol fee share (protocolFeeShareBps, bounded by MAX_HOOK_FEE_BPS) from fees accrued to pools it manages, tracked per pool and per token in storage mapping keyed by pool id and address, and forwards the share to protocolFeeRecipient or fee escrow; pending fees are viewable via pendingFees and sweepable by the owner.
Owner & admin controls
Owner (two-step transfer via transferOwnership/acceptOwnership, renounceOwnership) can set the graduation manager, protocol fee recipient, and protocol fee share bps (capped by MAX_HOOK_FEE_BPS). Owner can also sweep accumulated pool fees via sweepPoolFees. No pause or upgrade mechanism identified in the decoded selectors.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, afterSwap, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: registers and validates new pools (registerPool/launch mapping) and assigns the pool to a launch record. afterSwap: after each swap, computes the hook's share of fees and credits it via return delta. afterSwapReturnDelta: allows the hook to take a portion of the swap output as a return delta, which is how it skims fees.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: medium (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).

Who controls it: The owner controls the graduation manager, the fee recipient, and the protocol fee share (up to the cap). A malicious or compromised owner could redirect the protocol fee recipient, raise the fee share to the maximum, or sweep accumulated fees, though the cap limits the extreme case.

Risk to user funds: The hook takes a share of swap output via return deltas and holds accrued fee balances per pool and token until they are forwarded or swept by the owner, so user swap proceeds are partially redirected by design and fee balances are exposed to owner sweeping.

Security findings

  • [medium] Hook skims swap output via return deltas: afterSwapReturnDelta lets the hook take tokens from each swap via return deltas, so swappers pay a hook-determined share on every trade.
  • [medium] Owner can redirect and raise fees: Owner can change protocolFeeShareBps and the protocol fee recipient, and can sweep pool fees; changes take effect immediately without a timelock visible in the selectors.
  • [medium] Graduation manager is owner-settable: Owner can set the graduation manager, which likely controls launch migration of liquidity; a malicious manager could affect pool lifecycle.
  • [info] Non-upgradeable ownable contract: Ownable with two-step transfer; no proxy or upgrade selectors found, so the logic is not upgradeable by an admin.
