What it does
A launchpad hook that keeps trading closed until opening, then taxes every swap at a rate that starts high at launch and steps down over time, sending collected tax to a staking contract while LPs remain free to withdraw.
How it works step by step
- Charges a time-based tax on swaps in a single launched token pool, with a higher launch tax that steps down over time (launch, tier 1, tier 2, then a base tax).
- Blocks trading until an opening time or condition is met, and only works with its own designated pool.
- Collects the tax from swap amounts and accumulates it inside the hook.
- Anyone can call a flush function that sends accumulated tax, above a minimum size, to a staking or locking destination.
- Only the designated launcher contract can initialize the pool.
- Swap behaviour
- Swaps revert until trading is open, partial fills are rejected, and each swap pays a tax taken from the swap amounts that starts high at launch and steps down over set time windows. Exact tax rates and durations are stored as constants but cannot be read from bytecode alone.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- A hook tax on top of a fixed LP fee, scheduled by time since opening (launch rate, then tier 1, tier 2 and base rates); the exact percentages are unknown from bytecode. Collected tax is held by the hook and later flushed to a staking/lock contract.
- Owner & admin controls
- An owner role exists, but no owner-only setter functions are visible; tax rates and timings appear to be fixed constants. Flush appears callable by anyone.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: restricts pool creation to the launcher and its own pool; beforeSwap: enforces trading-open check and may take tax from input; afterSwap: takes tax from output and records totals; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook deduct the tax from swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: An owner and a launcher address exist; the launcher controls pool initialization, and no visible functions let the owner change taxes or seize funds.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes a tax from each swap at a scheduled rate whose exact value is unknown from bytecode, and holds it until flushed. LP principal cannot be locked or taken by the hook.
Security findings
- [medium] Swap tax via return deltas: The hook deducts a time-based tax from swaps; the rates are hard-coded constants whose exact values cannot be confirmed from unverified bytecode, and the launch rate may be high.
- [low] Trading gate: Swaps revert until trading opens; once open, no pause function is visible.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so LPs can always withdraw.
