What it does
A launchpad hook that charges an owner-set swap fee plus a declining sell tax during the launch window, so sellers pay more early on, while LPs can always withdraw but the owner can upgrade the logic that takes from swaps.
How it works step by step
- Runs a token launch pool that only allows trading after the owner opens the launch, with a launch window and a decaying sell tax.
- Takes a swap fee (and an extra sell tax during the launch window) from swaps using return deltas and holds it as accrued amounts.
- Accrued fees and taxes can be withdrawn to a distributor or vault address.
- The owner can open or close adding liquidity and change the fee rate, with an on-chain 'fee too high' check whose cap is not readable from bytecode.
- The hook is an upgradeable proxy, so the owner can replace its logic.
- Swap behaviour
- Swaps revert until the launch is opened. Each swap pays a fee, and sells during the launch window pay an additional sell tax that starts high and declines over time. Both are taken from swap amounts via return deltas.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Adding liquidity can be gated by an owner-controlled open/closed switch. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so LPs can always withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- A hook fee set by the owner (with a default value and a maximum check whose exact cap is unknown from bytecode), plus a time-decaying sell tax during the launch window, is taken from swaps and accrued for withdrawal to a distributor or vault. Exact percentages cannot be confirmed without source.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can open the launch, toggle liquidity adds, set the fee rate (bounded by an unknown cap), transfer or renounce ownership, and upgrade the implementation. Because the proxy is upgradeable and swap return deltas are enabled, an upgrade could change how much is deducted from swaps.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: binds the hook to a single pool configuration; beforeAddLiquidity: blocks liquidity adds unless liquidity is opened; beforeSwap: enforces launch status and takes fee or tax on input; afterSwap: takes fee or tax on output; beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook deduct those fees from swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: high, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: A single owner controls launch opening, liquidity gating, fee settings and proxy upgrades. The worst case is an upgrade that charges confiscatory amounts on swaps.
Risk to user funds: The hook can deduct fees and sell taxes from traders' swap amounts, with exact caps unknown and upgrades able to raise them. LP principal cannot be locked or drained since withdrawals never call the hook.
Security findings
- [high] Upgradeable proxy with swap return deltas: The owner can upgrade the implementation, and since swap return-delta permissions are enabled, new logic could take arbitrary amounts from swaps.
- [medium] Owner-adjustable fee and sell tax: The fee is owner-settable with a FeeTooHigh check, but the cap and the starting sell tax level are not verifiable from bytecode.
- [medium] Trading and liquidity gating: Swaps revert before the owner opens the launch, and liquidity adds can be switched off by the owner.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled at the address level, so no upgrade can block LP withdrawals.
