What it does
A fee engine for ten QUOTRON/stock pools that charges a launch-window fee on the stock side of each swap and redirects it to reflections, a buy-and-burn pot, an LP reinvest pot and a creator address.
How it works step by step
- Forces the pool LP fee to zero and charges a custom fee on the stock side of each swap
- Prices fees by swapper status: 40% flat, 10% for FCFS reduced claimers, or 3% for whitelisted or post-launch swaps
- Carves each fee 2/3 to reflections, 17/120 to a buy-and-burn pot, 17/120 to an LP pot and 6/120 to a creator address
- Blocks swaps until the external token reports launched
- Accrues burn and LP pots in the hook until the keeper sweeps them
- Emits FeeTaken and PotSwept events for each fee and sweep
- Swap behaviour
- On each swap the hook checks that trading is open, authorizes the QUOTRON token transfer, prices the fee for the transaction origin and takes the carve from the stock side via return deltas in beforeSwap or afterSwap depending on which side is specified.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks.
- Fee behaviour
- Pool LP fee is forced to zero via override flag. The hook charges its own fee on the stock side of each swap: 40% flat for non-whitelisted swappers during the first 6 hours after launch, 10% for the first 100 FCFS reduced-fee claimers, and 3% for whitelisted holders or for everyone after T+6h. Each fee is carved 2/3 to reflections, 17/120 to the buy-and-burn pot, 17/120 to the LP pot and 6/120 to a creator address that receives funds directly.
- Owner & admin controls
- Owner (set at deployment) can register floors before pool initialization, set the keeper and creator addresses, and transfer ownership. Keeper can sweep accrued burn and LP pots to any address. No pause switch or upgrade proxy is present in the hook; the trading gate is controlled by the external Quotron404 token's launch() call.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, afterInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize enforces dynamic-fee pools and that the pool is registered to a floor. afterInitialize is a no-op. beforeSwap reverts until trading is open, authorizes the QUOTRON token transfer for the swap, and takes the fee from the specified stock amount when the stock side is exact-input/output. afterSwap takes the fee from the unspecified stock amount when needed and returns the matching delta.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The owner can register arbitrary stock tokens to floors before pool initialization and can change the keeper and creator addresses. The keeper can sweep all accrued burn and LP pot balances for any stock token to any recipient. Whitelist and fee-tier logic is delegated to external contracts whose admin keys are not visible in this hook.
Risk to user funds: The hook holds no user principal but takes fee amounts from the stock side of every swap through PoolManager take and return deltas. Accrued burn and LP pots sit in the hook contract until the keeper sweeps them. The keeper and owner keys control those pot withdrawals and the creator recipient.
Security findings
- [medium] Keeper can withdraw accrued pots to arbitrary address: Keeper can call sweepPots with any recipient address and drain the accumulated burn and LP pots for any stock token. The keeper defaults to the owner and is changeable by the owner.
- [low] Fee tier keyed on tx.origin: tx.origin is used to price the fee and identify the swapper. A contract wallet or smart account interacting through a relay may be priced by the wrong whitelist status, and the logic depends on the origin rather than the actual trader.
- [medium] Trust dependency on external Quotron token: The hook calls authorizePoolTransfer on the external Quotron token in every beforeSwap. Its correctness and access control are not visible here and the token contract is a required trust dependency.
- [low] Owner can redirect creator carve: Owner can register any stock token to any floor index before pool initialization and can change the creator recipient at any time, which redirects 6/120 of every fee.
- [info] Return-delta accounting moves real value: Hook uses return-delta accounting and direct PoolManager take calls, so mistakes in carve or settlement could misdirect or strand funds. The source notes that fork tests against the live PoolManager are required before meaningful volume.
