What it does
A launchpad graduation hook that creates and seeds a Uniswap v4 pool when a bonding curve completes and limits who can add liquidity, while all trades pay only the pool's standard fee with no extra charges.
How it works step by step
- Acts as a graduation hook for a launchpad: when a token finishes its bonding curve, it creates a Uniswap v4 pool and seeds it with liquidity.
- Restricts pool creation so only its own launch flow (via a bound factory/curve) can initialize pools using this hook.
- Restricts adding liquidity, apparently allowing only the hook's own graduation position or approved pools, within a fixed tick range.
- Uses the Uniswap position manager and Permit2 to mint the graduated liquidity position, which it can hold as an NFT.
- Swap behaviour
- No swap callbacks. Swaps use the pool's normal pricing and static fee with no extra deductions or restrictions from the hook.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Adding liquidity is checked by the hook and may be limited to the hook's own graduation position or flagged pools. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block or charge withdrawals, though the graduated liquidity position it mints may stay held by the hook.
- Fee behaviour
- Uses the pool's static fee, set by the hook's fixed pool fee value; the hook takes no extra swap fee.
- Owner & admin controls
- A one-time binding function sets the factory/curve address (reverts if already bound); that bound party controls pool initialization and graduation. No fee or pause controls were found.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity
beforeInitialize: only allows pool creation through the hook's launch flow; beforeAddLiquidity: gates who can add liquidity to graduated pools.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: The launchpad factory bound once to the hook controls when pools are created and graduated. It cannot change fees, pause swaps, or touch pool reserves through hook callbacks.
Risk to user funds: The hook handles only the launch's graduation funds when seeding the pool and takes no fee from swaps (0% extra). It cannot drain or lock other LPs' principal.
Security findings
- [info] Liquidity additions gated: Third parties may be unable to add liquidity to pools using this hook; this restricts participation but does not affect existing funds.
- [info] Withdrawals cannot be blocked: Remove-liquidity callbacks and all return-delta permissions are disabled, so the hook cannot take swap tokens or stop LP withdrawals.
- [info] One-time factory binding: The factory/curve address can be bound only once, and only it can trigger pool initialization and graduation.
