What it does

A token launchpad hook that charges traders a configurable swap fee (exact cap unknown) and splits it among the creator, protocol, buybacks, burns and holders, while never blocking liquidity withdrawals.

How it works step by step

  • Launches a new token with a fixed supply into a Uniswap v4 pool that can only be created through the hook's own create-pool function.
  • Takes a fee on swaps and splits it into buckets such as creator earnings, protocol earnings, token buybacks, token burns and holder distributions.
  • Lets the token creator claim accrued creator fees and tune fee split settings, and lets the protocol claim its share to a protocol vault.
  • Restricts adding liquidity so that only the hook itself seeds the launch position.
Swap behaviour
On each swap the hook can take a fee from the swap amounts using return deltas, then queue part of it for buybacks, burns and holder payouts. The exact fee rate and split come from per-pool settings stored as basis points, and those caps cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
Liquidity behaviour
The add-liquidity check likely blocks outside LPs so only the hook places the launch liquidity. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block or charge withdrawals.
Fee behaviour
A swap fee set per pool in basis points is taken by the hook and split among the creator, the protocol vault, buybacks, burns and holders. The exact percentages and maximum cap are unknown from bytecode, though the contract rejects invalid basis-point values.
Owner & admin controls
A token creator appears able to update fee split settings for their pool (five basis-point values) and claim creator fees, and anyone or the protocol can trigger claiming the protocol share to a fixed protocol vault. Exact caps on these settings cannot be verified from bytecode.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: only allows pools created through the hook; beforeAddLiquidity: gates who can add liquidity; beforeSwap: applies fee or pending buyback logic; afterSwap: records fees and distributions; beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook take its fee out of swap amounts.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).

Who controls it: The token creator can change fee split settings for their pool and claim creator fees, and the protocol collects its share to a set vault. The contract is not upgradeable.

Risk to user funds: The hook takes a swap fee of unknown maximum from traders' swap amounts and holds accrued fees until claimed. LP principal cannot be locked or taxed on withdrawal by the hook.

Security findings

  • [medium] Swap fee taken via return deltas: The hook can deduct tokens from swaps through return deltas, and the maximum fee is not verifiable from unverified bytecode.
  • [low] Creator-adjustable fee splits: A creator-only function sets basis-point parameters per pool; values are validated but the bound is unknown.
  • [info] LP withdrawals cannot be blocked: Remove-liquidity callbacks and liquidity return deltas are disabled, so the hook cannot stop or tax withdrawals.
