What it does
A launchpad hook that takes a capped fee from every swap in its registered pools and splits it among the token creator, a treasury and buybacks, while leaving LPs free to withdraw at any time.
How it works step by step
- Charges a hook fee on swaps in registered launchpad token pools, taken from the swap output after each trade.
- Splits collected fees between the token creator, a treasury, and a buyback allocation using configurable percentage shares.
- Records each creator's pending fees so creators can claim them later, and lets accrued fees be swept to the configured recipients.
- Supports a buyback executor and a converter that can swap collected fees through the pool.
- Only allows pools that were registered through the hook to initialize.
- Swap behaviour
- After each swap the hook takes a fee cut from the swap amount and holds it for later distribution. The exact fee rate is stored on-chain and appears to be bounded by hard-coded maximums (MAX_CURVE_FEE_BPS, MAX_CREATOR_TAX_BPS, MAX_COMBINED_BPS), but those values cannot be read from bytecode alone.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks are enabled, so LPs can add and withdraw freely and the hook cannot block or charge withdrawals.
- Fee behaviour
- A swap fee is deducted after the swap and split among the creator, the treasury and buybacks. The split shares can be changed by the admin within hard-coded caps, but the exact percentages are not visible in the bytecode.
- Owner & admin controls
- A Safe-based owner can propose and confirm new fee split shares, a new buyback executor and a new converter, apparently with a two-step pending/confirm flow. Fee changes are bounded by on-chain maximum constants whose values are unknown.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, afterSwap, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: only lets registered pools start; afterSwap: calculates and records the fee; afterSwapReturnDelta: takes the fee out of the swap amount.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: A Safe multisig owner controls the fee splits, the buyback executor and the converter. The worst it can do is redirect or resize the fee portion within the on-chain caps.
Risk to user funds: Traders lose only the swap fee, which is capped by constants of unknown value. LP principal cannot be locked or drained by this hook.
Security findings
- [low] Swap fee taken via return delta: The hook deducts a fee from swap amounts after each trade. The caps exist as constants, but their values cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
- [low] Admin-set split and executors: A Safe owner can change the fee split and the buyback executor and converter addresses through a pending/confirm process.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so LPs can always withdraw.
