What it does

A shared launchpad hook that makes each token pool trade with a time-decaying anti-snipe fee, routes fees to creator, platform and referrer, and locks all third-party liquidity.

How it works step by step

  • Only the launchpad factory can initialize a pool, and each pool's economics are frozen at registration.
  • Takes a total swap fee in the quote currency, starting near 99% at launch and decaying to a base fee of up to 10% over the anti-snipe window.
  • Mints fee claims to FeeEscrow and credits creator, platform treasury and a valid referrer, with the remainder going to the platform.
  • Reverts exact-output swaps during the anti-snipe window and reverts swaps that are not fully filled.
  • Seeds launch token as permanent single-sided liquidity owned by the hook; blocks all other liquidity adds and removes.
  • Lets recipients claim their escrowed fees to their own address or a chosen one.
Swap behaviour
Swaps are charged a total fee on the quote currency (base plus decaying anti-snipe surcharge), with exact-output swaps blocked during the surcharge window and full fills required; fees are minted to FeeEscrow and credited to recipients.
Liquidity behaviour
Third-party liquidity adds and removes are reverted (LiquidityLocked). The hook itself seeds single-sided token liquidity at launch via seedLiquidity with no remove path, so the position is permanent and the quote side must be zero.
Fee behaviour
Each swap on a launch pool charges a total fee on the quote currency: base fee (up to 10%) plus a linearly decaying anti-snipe surcharge that starts near 99% at launch and decays to the base fee over the window, capped at 99%. The fee is taken as ERC-6909 claims minted to FeeEscrow and split between creator, platform treasury and an optional valid referrer (remainder to platform, including the anti-snipe surcharge).
Owner & admin controls
No owner or pause role. The deployer address can call initialize exactly once to wire factory and feeEscrow; after that there are no parameter-change or upgrade paths. Pool economics (fees, splits, anti-snipe window) are frozen per pool at registration by the factory, and MAX_BASE_FEE_BPS and MAX_TOTAL_FEE_BPS are constants.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeRemoveLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize restricts pool creation to the factory. beforeAddLiquidity and beforeRemoveLiquidity block all LP activity. beforeSwap mints the fee claim to the escrow and returns a specified-currency delta to collect it, and reverts exact-output swaps during the anti-snipe period. afterSwap computes the fee on the unspecified side when needed, enforces full fills, and credits the escrow ledger. beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta enable the fee deltas.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).

Who controls it: No privileged key can move funds or change fees after launch. The only trusted roles are the deployer (one-time wiring) and the factory (pool registration and seeding), and the factory is fixed at wiring time. Launch economics are immutable once a pool is registered.

Risk to user funds: The hook does not hold user principal; it takes swap fees as ERC-6909 claims minted to FeeEscrow, which only the recorded recipients can redeem. It can block LP adds and removes by design and can revert swaps that violate its exact-output or full-fill rules, but cannot seize or reroute funds.

Security findings

  • [medium] Factory controls pool registration: Pool creation, seeding and fee config are gated to the factory, which is fixed at one-time wiring, so a mis-wired or malicious factory would control which pools exist with which parameters.
  • [info] Extreme early-trade fees by design: During the anti-snipe window, exact-output swaps revert and the total fee can reach 99%, so traders effectively pay almost the entire input amount to enter early.
  • [low] Return-delta fee collection and full-fill requirement: Hook takes fees via beforeSwap and afterSwap return deltas, and reverts when a swap is not fully filled, so partial fills and exotic routing may revert rather than execute.
  • [info] Permanent locked seed liquidity: Liquidity is seeded permanently by the hook and no remove path exists, so the single-sided position can never be withdrawn; the seed is asserted to be token-only.
  • [low] Escrowed fee custody: Fee custody sits in FeeEscrow as ERC-6909 claims; the escrow is pull-based and redeemable by recipients only, but the hook is the sole writer and its balances back the owed ledger.
