What it does
A Uniswap v4 hook on floor.top pools that takes a fee of up to 2% from each ETH-to-coin trade and splits it between a platform wallet, burning the desk coin, and the launch's vault that supports the token's price floor.
How it works step by step
- Takes a fee (max 2%) of the unspecified side of every swap in afterSwap and holds it in the hook.
- Splits held fees into platform ETH, buyback ETH, and vault ETH by fixed per-pool shares.
- Burns desk coin bought back with ETH or coin fees via keeper or owner sweep swaps.
- Pays vault ETH into the launch's fundVault, where the launch uses it to support its price floor.
- Caps each sweep swap at half the fee share of reserves, 3% price impact, and one per block per pool.
- Restricts pool creation on the hook to the registered initializer, and allows a registered launch to be rescued to its successor.
- Swap behaviour
- afterSwap takes feeBps of the unspecified side of every swap into the hook and records it as pending, with the swapper's delta reduced accordingly. Separate keeper sweep swaks convert pending coin fees and buy back coin for burning, outside the normal user swap path.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks. The hook does not hold the liquidity permission; LPs interact with the pool directly, and the hook only reads reserves for sweep caps.
- Fee behaviour
- Each pool charges no LP fee; the hook takes feeBps (max 2%) of the unspecified side of every swap in afterSwap and holds it. The fee is split into a platform share (ETH), a buyback-and-burn share, and a vault share (ETH paid to the launch's fundVault), with splits fixed at pool registration.
- Owner & admin controls
- Owner (Ownable2Step, renounce disabled) can register pools, set the platform wallet per pool, grant or revoke registrar contracts, and set the operator (keeper) address. Owner cannot change a pool's fee, split, fees held, or liquidity. Operator and owner can run sweep swaps at any time; anyone can run them after 7 days of keeper inactivity. No pause or upgrade mechanism found.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, afterSwap, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: restricts pool creation to the registered initializer and records the keeper clock. afterSwap: takes the fee from the unspecified currency and records it as pending. afterSwapReturnDelta: lets the hook's taken fee reduce the swapper's delta, so it is charged to the trader.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The owner can register arbitrary pools with chosen platform wallets and grant registrar status, and can redirect future platform shares by calling setPlatform. The owner cannot seize held fees or LP liquidity. Operator and owner share sweep privileges; keeper activity postpones open sweeping for others.
Risk to user funds: The hook holds ETH and desk coin fees in its own balance until split and paid out, and can take up to 2% of each swap. It cannot move LP liquidity or pool reserves beyond sweep swaps capped to half the fee's share of reserves. Held fees are routed only to the platform, the vault, or the buyback burn, with owner able to change the platform address.
Security findings
- [medium] Owner-controlled platform payee: Only the owner can redirect the platform share of each pool via setPlatform; already-split platform ETH goes to whichever address is set when payPlatform runs.
- [low] Trusted registrar contracts: A registrar can register and initialize pools it opens itself with owner-chosen terms, and the owner can revoke registrars, but the registrar's code is trusted once allowlisted.
- [info] Hook takes trader fees: Fees are taken by the hook via afterSwapReturnDelta and are charged to traders on top of pool pricing, up to 2% per swap.
- [info] Sweep swap protections: Sweep swaps are price-capped at 3% impact, sized to half the fee share of in-range reserves, and limited to one per block per pool, bounding sandwich profitability.
- [low] Rescue depends on external launch: rescue sends buyback and vault ETH to the launch's recoveredTo address once the launch is recovered, without owner involvement, relying on the launch contract's recovery logic.
