What it does

This launchpad hook charges a fixed 1% to 5% ETH fee on every swap, split between the creator and a 0.50% protocol cut; buys in the first minute also pay an anti-snipe surcharge falling from 60% to 0%, while LPs can withdraw freely.

How it works step by step

  • Serves token launch pools that pair native ETH with a new token, with zero LP fee and fixed tick spacing; only the launcher can register and initialize pools.
  • Charges a fixed per-pool fee on buys and sells, chosen by the creator at launch from 1% to 5% in 1% steps and never changeable afterward; it is always taken in ETH.
  • Adds an anti-sniping surcharge on buys only, starting at 60% at launch and decaying quadratically to 0% over 60 seconds; buys by anyone other than the launcher are blocked in the launch second.
  • Splits fees three ways: a 0.50% protocol cut taken out of the base fee, the surcharge to a cocoon recipient, and the rest to the creator, all claimable later.
  • Creator fees left unclaimed for 365 days can be swept to the protocol by anyone.
Swap behaviour
Each swap pays the pool's fixed buy or sell fee of 1% to 5% in ETH, and buys in the first 60 seconds also pay a decaying surcharge of up to 60%. Third-party buys revert in the exact launch second, and swaps that would only partly fill revert, while sells are never blocked.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
Fee behaviour
The base fee is fixed per pool at 1% to 5% for each direction. 0.50% of volume goes to the protocol treasury and the rest of the base fee to the creator. Buys also pay a surcharge that falls from 60% at launch to 0% after 60 seconds (about 15% at 30 seconds), which goes entirely to the cocoon recipient.
Owner & admin controls
No admin controls found. Recipients and fee bounds are immutable, and fees are set once per pool at registration by the launcher, within 1% to 5% base.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: only the launcher may initialize registered pools; beforeSwap: blocks launch-second buys and takes the fee when the ETH amount is specified; afterSwap: takes the fee when the ETH amount is the unspecified side and rejects partial fills; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: deduct the ETH fee from the swap.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).

Who controls it: There is no owner. The immutable launcher alone registers pools and sets each pool's fixed fee within 1% to 5%, and the treasury, cocoon recipient and creators can only claim their own accrued fees.

Risk to user funds: The hook takes only the swap fee in ETH: 1% to 5% base, plus up to 60% extra on buys during the first 60 seconds. It cannot touch LP principal, and withdrawals are unrestricted.

Security findings

  • [low] Steep launch surcharge on buys: Buys in the first 60 seconds pay up to 60% extra in fees, decaying quadratically to 0%. This is a fixed, public anti-snipe schedule, but early buyers can lose a large share of their ETH.
  • [info] Immutable fees and no admin: The contract is not upgradeable and has no owner. Base fees are locked per pool at 1% to 5%, and recipients are fixed at deployment.
  • [info] Unclaimed creator fees can be swept: If a creator does not claim for 365 days, anyone can move the escrowed creator fees to the protocol bucket.
  • [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook cannot block or charge LP withdrawals.
