What it does
Gemoon launchpad hook that charges every swap a pair-token fee of 1%-5%, with early snipers in the first 30 seconds paying up to 80%, and sends all fees to a vault shared by protocol, creator and stakers while LPs withdraw freely.
How it works step by step
- Gemoon launchpad hook for Meme/pair-token pools with a 0% LP fee; the hook charges the entire swap fee in the pair token.
- Base fee per Meme is set once by the creator at launch, between 1% and 5% (fallback fee fixed at deployment if never set).
- Anti-snipe: fee starts at 80% when the first pool is created and falls linearly to the base fee over 30 seconds.
- All fees are sent to a vault after each swap, which splits them between protocol, creator and stakers.
- Anyone can call a manual distribute function to push accrued fees to the vault if automatic payouts fail.
- Swap behaviour
- Every buy and sell pays a fee in the pair token, taken from the input or output depending on swap direction; it is 80% at launch, decaying to the 1%-5% base fee within 30 seconds. Swaps may revert if not given enough gas for the vault's fee conversion (capped at about 3M gas).
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely. Pools must pair with the pair token, use a 0 LP fee, and have a Meme registered in the vault.
- Fee behaviour
- Swap fee is 80% at pool creation, falling linearly to the creator-chosen base fee of 1%-5% after 30 seconds (the launch controller's dev buy always pays the base fee). All fees go to the vault, which splits them among protocol, creator and stakers.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can only change the vault address and the controller address; fee rates are fixed in code. The controller sets each Meme's base fee once, within 1%-5%, only in the launch block.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, afterInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: validates pair, zero LP fee and vault registration; afterInitialize: records launch time for anti-snipe; beforeSwap: charges fee when the pair-token amount is specified; afterSwap: charges fee on computed pair-token amount and pays out to vault; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: lets the hook deduct the fee from the swap.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: The owner can change the vault and controller addresses, redirecting where future fees go, but cannot change fee rates or touch LP funds.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes only the swap fee in the pair token: 1%-5% normally, up to 80% within 30 seconds of launch. LP principal cannot be locked or drained.
Security findings
- [medium] 80% anti-snipe launch fee: For the first 30 seconds after launch, swaps pay up to 80% decaying linearly to the base fee; early buyers can lose most of their trade to fees.
- [low] Owner can redirect fee recipient: The owner can repoint the vault, which receives all fees, and the controller; it cannot change fee rates.
- [info] Fixed fee bounds, non-upgradeable: Not a proxy; base fee locked to 1%-5% per Meme and the decay curve is hard-coded.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so LPs can always withdraw.
