What it does
This is a coin that acts as its own hook in a single ETH pool with no LP fee, charging every buy and sell a fixed 1% toll on the ETH side that is split among four fixed payees, while LPs can withdraw freely and there is no admin.
This read was written for the hook 0x252b…a0cc on Robinhood Chain and reused here: the two share a code shape, so constants such as fees, owners and addresses can differ.
How it works step by step
- The hook is also the ERC-20 coin itself (10 billion supply), paired only with ETH in a single pool with no LP fee.
- Takes a fixed 1% toll on the ETH side of every swap, buys and sells alike.
- Splits each toll into four pockets: 40% income, 40% community, 10% shared and 10% platform, each with one fixed payee.
- Only the Flume factory can open the pool, and only once; all other pools using this hook are rejected.
- There is no owner, no pause, no allowlist and no tax on ordinary token transfers.
- Swap behaviour
- Every swap in the ETH/coin pool pays a 1% toll on the ETH amount. If the trader specifies the ETH amount, the toll is taken before the swap and the fill is checked afterward; if the trader specifies the coin amount, the toll is taken after the swap from the ETH that moved.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- A fixed 1% of the ETH leg of each swap (rounded up) is charged, with no pool LP fee. It is held as an ETH claim in the PoolManager and split 40/40/10/10 among four fixed payees, who can each withdraw only their own pocket.
- Owner & admin controls
- No admin controls found. The fee rate, split and payees are fixed at deployment, and owner() always returns the zero address.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: lets only the Flume open the one allowed pool, once; beforeSwap: checks the pool and takes the toll up front when the ETH amount is specified; afterSwap: checks the fill or takes the toll from the ETH that moved; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook collect the 1% ETH toll.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low (verified source, high confidence).
Who controls it: No one holds admin keys. The four pocket payees can only withdraw the tolls already booked to their own pocket.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes exactly 1% of the ETH side of each swap and nothing more. It cannot touch LP principal, and LPs can always withdraw.
Security findings
- [info] Fixed 1% ETH toll: The toll is hard-coded at 1% of the ETH side of each swap and cannot be changed by anyone.
- [info] Immutable, no admin: This is a direct contract, not a proxy. It has no owner, pause or allowlist, and the payees are set permanently at deployment.
- [info] Unrestricted LP withdrawals: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block or charge LP withdrawals.
