What it does
A limit-order style hook that holds a bid as range liquidity and acts on it after swaps cross its price, with no extra fees for traders and no effect on normal LP withdrawals.
How it works step by step
- Lets users place a bid (a range liquidity position meant to act like a limit order) on a pool, funded by transferring tokens into the PoolManager through the hook.
- Stores one bid per pool; a second bid while one exists is rejected.
- After each swap, checks whether the price crossed the bid's tick range and, if so, appears to settle or close the position automatically.
- Lets the bid owner cancel an open bid and get the tokens back.
- Swap behaviour
- After each swap the hook checks the new price against any stored bid and may remove or settle that bid's liquidity. It cannot change the swap amounts because swap return deltas are disabled, and it charges traders no extra fee.
- Liquidity behaviour
- The hook adds and removes its own bid liquidity through the PoolManager. It has no add or remove liquidity callbacks, so ordinary LPs can add and withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- Uses the pool's static fee. No hook fee was found in the bytecode.
- Owner & admin controls
- There is an owner, and a NotOwner error is present, so some actions such as cancel or bid placement may be restricted to the owner. Exact owner powers cannot be confirmed from bytecode, and no fee setters were found.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
afterSwap
afterSwap: checks whether a stored bid's price range was crossed after a swap and may execute or close that bid.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: An owner address exists and likely controls bid placement or cancellation. It cannot touch traders' swap amounts or ordinary LP positions.
Risk to user funds: Only tokens deposited as bids flow through the hook. Traders pay no extra fee, and normal LP principal cannot be locked or drained.
Security findings
- [info] Unverified bytecode: No source is available, so the bid execution and cancel logic were inferred from selectors. No return-delta permissions exist, so swaps cannot be taxed through the hook.
- [low] Bid funds handled by hook: Bid placers' tokens are pulled in with transferFrom and placed as liquidity. Their safe return depends on the unverified cancel and execution logic.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block ordinary LP withdrawals.
