What it does

A Memespad launchpad hook that charges a creator-set buy and sell tax of up to 10% on every swap, splits it between the platform, the creator, buyback burns, dividends and auto-liquidity, and blocks or caps early buys during launch, while LPs can always withdraw freely.

How it works step by step

  • Charges a per-token buy tax and sell tax on swaps of Memespad-launched tokens, each capped at 10%, taken in the quote token (e.g. ETH or USDC).
  • Splits the tax between the token creator, the platform (at least 30% of the tax), a buyback-and-burn bucket, a dividend bucket and an auto-liquidity bucket.
  • Once a bucket passes its threshold it buys tokens from the pool and burns them, sends quote tokens to a dividend pool, or adds permanent liquidity owned by the hook.
  • Blocks all buys during a launch snipe window, then caps buy size during a fair-launch window of up to 1 hour.
Swap behaviour
Each swap on a registered token pays the buy or sell tax, 0% to 10% of the quote-token side, taken from the input or output by the hook. Buys revert during the snipe window, and buys above the admin-set max-buy amount revert during the fair-launch period; after-swap may also trigger extra burn or liquidity swaps on the same pool.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely. The hook itself adds liquidity from the tax bucket into a position it owns, which it never removes.
Fee behaviour
Buy and sell taxes are set per token between 0% and 10% of the quote amount. At least 30% of each tax goes to the platform, and the rest is split between the creator, burns, dividends and auto-liquidity; this sits on top of the pool's normal LP fee.
Owner & admin controls
The owner can change each token's buy and sell tax (capped at 10%), the bucket splits (platform keeps at least 30%), thresholds, tick ranges, the max-buy cap, the fair-launch window (max 1 hour), the factory, the treasury and the dividend pool. The owner can also withdraw any tokens or ETH held by the hook to the treasury using emergencyWithdraw.

beforeSwap: enforces snipe and max-buy limits and takes the tax when the quote amount is the specified side; afterSwap: takes the tax on the other swap direction and runs burn, liquidity and dividend flushes; beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook deduct the tax from swap amounts.

Who controls it: A single owner (initially the treasury) controls tax rates up to 10%, the fee splits, the launch limits and the factory and treasury addresses. The owner can also sweep any balances the hook is holding.

Risk to user funds: The hook takes 0% to 10% of the quote side of each swap. It never touches LP principal, and LPs can withdraw at any time.
