How it works step by step

  • Locks a per-pool anti-snipe fee curve from the launcher once, immediately before pool initialization.
  • Charges a quadratically decaying start fee (up to 99%) on buys during a window of at most 120 seconds, then a permanent 1% base fee.
  • Caps the size of a single buy during the launch window at a configured share of total supply.
  • Takes fees as quote-currency return deltas and mints the claim to the locker, recording each fee.
  • Blocks third-party liquidity additions during the launch window so the creator controls initial liquidity.
  • Triggers a best-effort, gas-capped buyback of ARCH on each fee-generating buy, with the attempt isolated so it cannot revert the trader's swap.
Swap behaviour
Buys during the window pay an anti-snipe fee that decays from up to 99% to 1%, and exact-output buys during the window revert. Sells always pay a flat 1% fee. Fees are taken as quote-currency return deltas and minted to the locker, and a buy may trigger a gas-bounded buyback attempt on the vault.
Liquidity behaviour
beforeAddLiquidity reverts with LiquidityLocked for any sender other than the locker while the launch window is open; after the window, liquidity is unrestricted. afterAddLiquidity and afterRemoveLiquidity are no-ops; beforeRemoveLiquidity is a pass-through.
Fee behaviour
Hook charges a fee via return deltas: a permanent 1% base fee on sells and all post-window buys, and a launch-window anti-snipe start fee on buys (up to 99%) decaying quadratically to 1% over at most 120 seconds.
