What it does
A token launchpad hook that charges a fixed fee on every swap in its pools and splits it among the protocol, the creator, holder dividends and burns, while LPs can always withdraw freely.
How it works step by step
- Launches new tokens and creates their Uniswap v4 pools, with each launch choosing a fee split between holders, burning and the creator.
- Takes a fee on swaps through its pools and splits it between the protocol, the token creator, token holders (as dividends) and token burns.
- Lets the creator and the protocol fee recipient claim their accrued fees; a flush function pushes pending holder rewards and burns.
- Checks liquidity additions, likely so pool liquidity is set up only through the launch process.
- Owner can set the protocol fee recipient and a starting price tick for launches.
- Swap behaviour
- Each swap pays a hook fee that is taken from the swap amounts through return deltas and recorded as pending protocol, creator, holder and burn amounts. The exact fee rate is stored as a constant that cannot be read from bytecode alone.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Adding liquidity goes through a hook check that may restrict who can add liquidity to launched pools. Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook cannot block or charge LP withdrawals.
- Fee behaviour
- A fixed hook fee (constants FEE_BPS, PROTOCOL_FEE_BPS and LP_FEE, values not decoded) is split between the protocol recipient and a per-token split of creator payout, holder dividends and burns, with the creator share capped by MAX_CREATOR_BPS. The fee appears to be constant, not admin-adjustable.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can change the protocol fee recipient, set start ticks for launches and transfer ownership in two steps. Creators can reassign their payout address. No function to change fee rates was found.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize: restricts pool creation to hook-launched tokens; beforeAddLiquidity: gates liquidity additions; beforeSwap: computes and takes the fee on input; afterSwap: takes the fee on output and updates accruals; beforeSwapReturnDelta/afterSwapReturnDelta: let the hook deduct the fee from swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: The owner can only redirect protocol fees and set launch start ticks. No pause, fee-rate change or fund-withdrawal power was found.
Risk to user funds: The hook takes a fixed but unverified percentage of each swap and holds the accrued fees until they are claimed or distributed. It cannot touch LP principal or block withdrawals.
Security findings
- [medium] Unverified swap fee via return deltas: The hook deducts a fee from swaps using return deltas, but the exact fee constant cannot be verified from bytecode. The fee appears fixed rather than owner-settable.
- [low] Liquidity additions gated: beforeAddLiquidity may restrict outside LPs from adding liquidity to launched pools.
- [info] Withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so LPs can always withdraw.
