What it does

A Uniswap v4 launchpad hook that charges a quote-currency fee on every trade, locks the launch liquidity position, and routes fees to the creator, protocol, a backed price floor and optional buyback and holder reward mechanisms.

How it works step by step

  • Takes a 1% base fee plus dynamic hook tax on swaps, paid in the quote currency
  • Blocks removal of the launch liquidity position to lock initial liquidity
  • Applies anti-snipe tax and rejects exact-output buys while it is active
  • Fills sells that would breach the backed floor from the floor vault
  • Routes collected fees to creator escrow, protocol, floor vault, buyback, auto-burn, LP deepening and holder drops
  • Limits each origin address to one swap per pool per block
Swap behaviour
Each non-arb swap pays a 1% base fee plus dynamic hook tax and any anti-snipe tax, taken in the quote currency via return delta; sells that would breach the floor are filled from the floor vault; one swap per origin per pool per block is allowed; max transaction limits may apply.
Liquidity behaviour
Before adding liquidity the hook records the first seed position's liquidity. Removing liquidity from the launch position range is blocked (LaunchPositionLocked), so the launch position is locked. Other liquidity changes are allowed.
Fee behaviour
Charges a 1% base fee on every swap, plus a dynamic hook tax computed from pool depth and trade size, plus an optional anti-snipe tax during an initial window; fees are taken in the quote currency and split among creator escrow, protocol, floor vault, buyback, auto-burn, LP deepening and holder drop. Total fee capped at 100%.
Owner & admin controls
Owner can set factory, replace the airdrop and HKT drop vaults, set the arb executor, toggle arbActive, and transfer ownership; operators on vaults are owner-managed. Owner-controlled fee and routing parameters can change the swap economics for pools using this hook.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeRemoveLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize: validates factory-initiated launch and sets up floor and holder airdrop configuration. beforeAddLiquidity: records seed liquidity for the launch range. beforeRemoveLiquidity: blocks removal of the launch position. beforeSwap: applies anti-MEV one-swap-per-block, anti-snipe, max-tx limits, dynamic fee, floor fills against the vault, and fee distribution via return delta. afterSwap: processes pending auto-burn, HKT holder drop, LP deepening, and FDV observation. beforeSwapReturnDelta: lets the hook take a fee and fill floor sells, altering swap amounts.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: medium (verified source, medium confidence).

Who controls it: Owner can change factory, vault pointers, arb executor and arbActive, which affects where fees flow and which swaps skip hook tax. The owner does not appear to have a direct pause or fee-to-100% switch in this hook, but the owner-replaceable vault pointers and operator model give significant privileged influence.

Risk to user funds: The hook can take quote tokens from swaps via return delta and can block or reroute certain swaps (sandwich-blocked, max-tx, exact-output during snipe). Pool funds sit in the PoolManager and vaults; owner-replaceable vault addresses on future launches are the main way the owner could redirect fee flows.

Security findings

  • [medium] Hook extracts fees via return delta: Hook takes quote tokens from every non-arb swap via return delta and distributes them to creator, protocol, floor and other vaults; fee can reach a large share of notional during snipe or high hook tax.
  • [medium] Owner can repoint vaults and bypass fees: Owner can replace the airdrop and HKT drop vault addresses and set arbExecutor/arbActive, changing where fees route for new launches and which swaps bypass hook tax.
  • [low] Complex floor and claim accounting: Floor fill can be triggered on sells that would breach the floor; the vault pays quote and burns tokens, and fee splitting depends on claim balances, which adds complexity and potential accounting edge cases.
  • [info] Launch liquidity is locked: Liquidity removal is blocked on the launch range, meaning the seed position cannot be withdrawn through the hook path; this is an intentional anti-rug lock.
  • [info] Anti-MEV and anti-snipe rules: Anti-MEV uses one swap per tx.origin per pool per block; anti-snipe reverts exact-output buys while the snipe tax is live.
