What it does

Every swap pays a small fixed, capped extra fee that the hook burns by sending it to a burn address, while LPs can add and remove liquidity freely.

How it works step by step

  • Takes a small fee on each swap in the pool it is attached to and records the amount charged per pool and in total.
  • Holds the collected fees as Uniswap v4 claim tokens, then later redeems them and sends them to a burn address.
  • Anyone can call a flush function that runs the pending burn through the PoolManager.
  • Leaves liquidity adding and removing untouched; LP callbacks are not enabled.
Swap behaviour
On each swap the hook takes a fee (burn basis points, capped by a hard-coded maximum) from the swap amounts using return deltas and mints it as claim tokens it holds. The exact fee and cap values could not be read from bytecode.
Liquidity behaviour
No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
Fee behaviour
Charges a hook fee on swaps, in addition to the pool's LP fee, set by a burn-rate constant with a hard-coded maximum (exact percentages unknown from bytecode). The collected tokens are sent to a burn address, not to an owner.
Owner & admin controls
No admin controls found; the burn rate and burn address appear to be constants.

Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks

beforeInitialize, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta

beforeInitialize checks pool setup; beforeSwap and afterSwap compute and record the burn fee; beforeSwapReturnDelta and afterSwapReturnDelta deduct that fee from the swap amounts.

Security & trust assessment

Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).

Who controls it: Not stated.

Risk to user funds: The hook only takes its burn fee from swap amounts, at a fixed capped rate whose exact value is unknown from bytecode. LP principal cannot be locked or drained.","centralization":"No owner or admin functions were found, and the contract is not upgradeable.

Security findings

  • [low] Swap fee via return deltas: The hook deducts a burn fee from swaps using return deltas. The rate looks fixed and capped by a constant, but the exact value cannot be confirmed without source.
  • [info] Fees are burned, not owned: Collected fees are sent to a fixed burn address through a public flush call. No withdrawal function for an owner was found.
  • [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so the hook can never block or charge LP withdrawals.
