What it does
A token-launch hook that takes a capped, per-pool tax on every swap and sends it to creators, escrow, dividends or burn, while also checking liquidity adds and withdrawals for launch pools.
How it works step by step
- Acts as a token-launch hook: a deployer seeds single-sided launch liquidity and can run an initial launch buy through an adapter.
- Charges a configurable per-pool swap tax split across up to several fee recipients, with a hard-coded maximum total fee rate.
- Routes part of the fees to an escrow, a burn address, and a dividend contract that pays token holders.
- Checks liquidity additions and removals per pool, so the launch configuration controls who can add or remove liquidity.
- Lets token creators update their fee-recipient rights for their pool.
- Swap behaviour
- Each swap runs through the hook before and after execution, and the hook can take a tax from the swap amounts using return deltas. The tax goes to configured recipients, escrow, dividends or burn. A special launch-buy path handles the first buy and rejects exact-output or partial-fill swaps.
- Liquidity behaviour
- The hook runs checks when liquidity is added or removed, and it seeds the initial launch liquidity itself. Because the remove-liquidity check is enabled, withdrawals could be restricted for launch positions, and the exact rules cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
- Fee behaviour
- Swap tax rates are set per pool and capped by a built-in MAX_TOTAL_FEE_RATE constant whose value is not visible from the decoded data. Fees are credited to the fee escrow for the creator and other recipients, with portions possibly sent to a dividend contract or a burn sink.
- Owner & admin controls
- A deployer or owner address can set the launch-buy adapter, and creators can update fee-recipient rights for their pools. The contract has a one-time initializer, and no upgrade path was found.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeRemoveLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap, beforeSwapReturnDelta, afterSwapReturnDelta
beforeInitialize validates new launch pools and their wiring; beforeAddLiquidity limits who can add liquidity; beforeRemoveLiquidity checks withdrawals; beforeSwap and afterSwap compute and apply the tax and handle the launch buy; the swap return-delta permissions let the hook take the tax out of swap amounts.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, low confidence).
Who controls it: The deployer controls the launch-buy adapter setting, and creators control the fee recipients for their pools. No function to drain pool reserves was identified.
Risk to user funds: Traders pay a swap tax up to an unverified hard-coded maximum. Launch liquidity removal passes through a hook check that may restrict it.
Security findings
- [medium] Swap tax via return deltas: The hook can deduct a per-pool tax from swaps. The tax is capped by a MAX_TOTAL_FEE_RATE constant, but its exact value cannot be verified from bytecode.
- [medium] Remove-liquidity hook enabled: beforeRemoveLiquidity runs on every withdrawal and may restrict removal of launch-seeded liquidity. The exact conditions are unverified.
- [info] Not upgradeable: This is a direct contract, not a proxy, so its logic is fixed.
