What it does
A launchpad hook that opens trading on a schedule, charges a dynamic fee (higher for early snipers) split among stakers, burn and management, lets an admin pause traders, and never blocks LP withdrawals.
How it works step by step
- Runs a token launch (meme token) pool with a launch step, primary sale, and a trading open time; swaps before opening revert.
- Sets a dynamic LP fee on swaps, including a higher anti-snipe fee for a short window after trading opens.
- Collects fees and splits them among recipients such as stakers, broker, burn, and management, then settles them later.
- Manages its own liquidity position and reserve inventory (seeding, rebalancing, sweeping) using oracle and TWAP price checks.
- Gates who can add liquidity and supports admin pausing, exclusions, and redemption/exit flows for holders.
- Swap behaviour
- Before a swap the hook checks that the pool is launched and open, may block paused addresses, rejects exact-output swaps, and sets the current dynamic fee (with a higher fee during the snipe window). After the swap it updates internal accounting and may run rebalancing or fee bookkeeping, but it cannot take tokens from the swap via return deltas.
- Liquidity behaviour
- Adding liquidity goes through a check that likely restricts who can add, so outside LPs may be blocked from depositing. The hook is never called on withdrawals, so existing LPs can always remove their liquidity.
- Fee behaviour
- The swap fee is a dynamic LP fee set by the hook, with an admin-settable base fee bounded by a hard-coded maximum and a separate anti-snipe fee after launch; the exact percentages are not readable from bytecode. Collected fees are split among stakers, broker, burn and management shares.
- Owner & admin controls
- An admin/guardian can set the fee (up to a hard-coded maximum whose value is unknown), pause addresses, set exclusions, approve hooks, set partners and asset routes, change the burn route, lift the reserve cap, and control launch and trading open. The guardian role can be renounced.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
beforeInitialize, beforeAddLiquidity, beforeSwap, afterSwap
beforeInitialize: restricts pool setup to the intended pool; beforeAddLiquidity: gates liquidity deposits; beforeSwap: enforces launch/open/pause checks and sets the dynamic fee; afterSwap: updates accounting, fees and rebalancing state.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: medium, estimated (decoded bytecode, low confidence).
Who controls it: An admin and guardian control fees, pausing, exclusions, routes and launch timing. They can block traders and raise fees up to an unverified maximum, but cannot stop LP withdrawals.
Risk to user funds: Swaps cannot be deducted via return deltas; costs come from the dynamic LP fee whose exact maximum is unknown. LP principal in the pool cannot be locked, though funds held in the hook's own reserve depend on its admin-controlled logic.
Security findings
- [medium] Admin can pause traders: A setPaused function lets privileged roles block specific addresses from swapping.
- [medium] Admin-adjustable fee with unknown cap: setFee changes the fee up to MAX_FEE_BPS, but the cap value cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
- [info] Liquidity adds gated, withdrawals free: Remove-liquidity callbacks are disabled, so LPs cannot be blocked from withdrawing.
- [low] Hook holds reserve inventory: The hook moves tokens (sweep, redeem, exit, liquidate) for its own managed reserves; this concerns hook-held funds, not other LPs' positions.
