What it does
An order-style hook where users deposit tokens into price-triggered positions that settle after swaps, while all traders pay just the pool's normal fee and LPs withdraw freely.
This read was written for the hook 0xeefc…4040 on Robinhood Chain and reused here: the two share a code shape, so constants such as fees, owners and addresses can differ.
How it works step by step
- Lets users open price-triggered positions (likely limit or take-profit style orders) by depositing tokens with a target tick through the hook.
- After each swap, the hook checks pool price and may execute or settle stored positions whose trigger was crossed.
- Positions are tracked per key with an owner; only the owner can cancel or withdraw (NotOwner check).
- Uses its own PoolManager unlock flow to move tokens in and out when positions are opened, filled or closed.
- Swap behaviour
- Swaps run normally at the pool's price and fee. After a swap the hook may process triggered positions, but it cannot take tokens from the trader's swap because return deltas are disabled.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks; LPs can add and withdraw freely.
- Fee behaviour
- Uses the pool's static fee; no extra hook fee is visible in the bytecode.
- Owner & admin controls
- No admin controls found; the only access checks appear to be per-position owner checks.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
afterSwap
afterSwap: checks the new price after each swap and processes stored positions that should trigger.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: No owner or admin role was found; positions are controlled by their individual creators.
Risk to user funds: Only tokens users voluntarily deposit into hook positions are exposed; traders' swaps and LP principal cannot be deducted or locked.
Security findings
- [low] Hook holds user order deposits: Users deposit tokens into hook-managed positions via transferFrom, so those deposits depend on the unverified hook logic for correct return.
- [info] LP withdrawals unrestricted: Remove-liquidity callbacks and return deltas are disabled, so the hook cannot block withdrawals or skim swaps.
