What it does
A token-plus-NFT hook that leaves swaps at the pool's normal fee and, after each trade, routes fees earned by its own liquidity position to NFT holders to claim, with no extra charges on traders and no limits on LP withdrawals.
How it works step by step
- Combines an ERC-20 token with linked NFTs (a DN404-style hybrid) and acts as the hook for its own Uniswap v4 pool.
- Holds a single hook-owned liquidity position, seeded once by the owner across a fixed tick range.
- After swaps, collects trading fees earned by the hook's position and spreads them to NFT holders by weight or level.
- NFT holders can claim their accrued fees, which can be paid in ETH, through claim, claimMany or withdrawPending.
- Swap behaviour
- Swaps run normally at the pool's price. After each swap, the hook updates fee accounting for its position. It cannot change swap amounts because swap return deltas are disabled.
- Liquidity behaviour
- No liquidity callbacks are enabled, so the hook never runs when LPs add or remove liquidity, and LPs can withdraw freely. The hook's own seeded position is managed through the position manager.
- Fee behaviour
- Uses the pool's fee, exposed as a constant POOL_FEE. Fees earned by the hook's liquidity position are collected and shared among NFT holders. The exact value cannot be confirmed from bytecode.
- Owner & admin controls
- The owner can seed the initial pool position once, and can transfer or renounce ownership. No fee-setting, pause, or allowlist functions were found in the decoded selectors.
Enabled Uniswap v4 callbacks
afterSwap
afterSwap: updates fee accrual and distribution bookkeeping for NFT holders after each trade.
Security & trust assessment
Risk level: low, estimated (decoded bytecode, medium confidence).
Who controls it: The owner, using Solady-style ownership, mainly controls the one-time seeding of the pool. No functions to change fees or pause trading were seen.
Risk to user funds: The hook only touches fees earned by its own position and holders' pending fee balances. It cannot deduct from swaps or lock third-party LP principal.
Security findings
- [info] No swap or withdrawal interference: Only afterSwap is enabled and return deltas are disabled, so the hook cannot take tokens from trades or block LP withdrawals.
- [info] Unverified source: The fee distribution math and level/weight rules come from bytecode and cannot be fully verified.
